Past Brand Rants

This show revisits some of our past Brand Rants to find out which brands have bounced back from their previous blunders and how they managed to clean up their image. We also examine some brands that just can’t get their act together. “Investigation Brand Rant” includes Best Buy, Dell, Viacom and Google, OxyContin and Taco Bell.

The latest Brand Rant features a New Mexico Honda dealer’s promotional mishap. Our Brand Spotlight goes to a new retailer, Ridemakerz, for giving boys a new way to play with toys. Rob Poetsch, Director of Public Relations for Taco Bell, shares how the Taco Bell brand continues to ring even after some negative publicity.
