Great podcast. I found it particularly interested, as I happened to have just read a great article in Ad Age on “How to Make your video go viral”.
Hey guys, really great show. I'm so happy there is a growing contingent of us out there that are trying to bring a reasoned approach to "viral marketing" or "social networks." Truth be told, we've always been social. The key, as you described, is making it relevant and not just about numbers. I'm of the opinion that if you reach 100 people that find your messages personally meaningful that is vastly superior to reaching 10,000 or even 100,000 people that just find something funny or cute.
Best wishes on the transition to the pure podcast - I'm jealous of the editor that gets to pull it all together. Sick, I know.
